I bumped into an interesting Youtube video. I don't usually write about this type of stuff, but this was just so interesting. Practical, strategic and tactical.
Approach
Minimise risk
Find the idea, then assemble the team with equal split:
2xdev
design
overseer
Prioritize design
Bigger salaries, not big exits
Mike's 10-step proven playbook
Pick an used idea, new ideas are risky
Decide what is good enough MVP, get it out that people use it
Offer lifetime deal, single time payment
Always charge, never give an account for free
Maximise lifetime deal sales, find your customers
Write content, landing pages, blog posts, "alternative-to" -pages (sooner it's indexed the better)
Launch in marketplace
One last private ltd, raise prices a bit
Get customer reviews
Find (more) customers (e.g. Reddit)
Finding ideas that can't fail
Too many times you have an idea that relies on thing you don't control, e.g. an external API.
Don't rely on AI to make the integral part of the business
